Five steps

From your first call to a documented repair

Every leak job — emergency pipe repair, slab leak, main water line, or a ceiling/wall leak — follows the same process, whether it's a fast weekend callout or a scheduled repipe.

1. Call or Request a Free Quote

Call (888) 616-9423 and describe what you're seeing — a spike in your water bill, a wet spot on the ceiling or wall, low pressure, or standing water. We're available for 24/7 emergency response statewide, and we'll ask enough questions to send the right equipment on the first visit.

2. On-Site Diagnostic With Real Equipment

Our trucks carry the same diagnostic technology every visit — acoustic listening equipment, a thermal imager, tracer-gas systems, pipe locators, and push cameras — so the leak gets located instead of guessed at. We publish the actual brand names and equipment costs on our About page because the difference between a cheap acoustic detector and the gear we run is the difference between guessing and locating.

3. Upfront, Written Quote

Once the leak is located, we explain exactly what's wrong and what the repair involves, and we give you a price before any work begins. If the honest answer is that a repair isn't the right call for your situation, we tell you that too, rather than selling one anyway.

4. The Repair

Our crews use professional-grade repair tooling — including press tools for copper lines and cordless expanders for PEX — to complete the fix. Depending on the job, that might mean a targeted pipe repair, a slab leak access and repair, a main water line fix, or full repiping.

5. Documentation and Follow-Up

You get paperwork detailed enough for an insurance adjuster to accept, not just a handwritten invoice. If you have questions after the repair, call (888) 616-9423 and we'll walk you through it.
